In the first stage of this project the company intends to provide several options regarding the partial redesign of the interior of the house and some exterior additions (i.e. surrounding privacy courtyard wall, concrete driveway extension, facade's doors, windows and stucco). Option 1Option 2In the process of design and planning the company gives different options in order to search what fits better the desires and needs of our clients. In this second option the solid enclosure of the residence is replaced by perforated walls accompanied by latticed gates. Option 3This is the third option given to our client. Variations in configuration and materials are provided for different alternatives. For instance, the perforated walls are replaced by solid ones, alternated with colums. There is as well, a high trimming which emphasizes the front corner of the protecting wall. Along with this, the pattern of the design of the sidewalk is changed. Variances are administrative exceptions to land use regulations. Every project is different and it is our responsibility to provide due diligence to our client's needs. For this particular project, a variance request was granted due to special conditions that existed on the lot that created a hardship on our client. Even though the process is lengthy, we are suited to navigate through the process, explain and demonstrate special lot conditions and help our clients get where they need to be while complying with the most stringent requirements. Finally, after the design stage in this project, we get down to the real business, i.e. the actual construction of the new look for this residence, both interior and exterior. Stage 1After some days of hard work we are beginning to see a big advance both in the interior and exterior of this nice Tampa family residence. Stage 2Now that the foundation is laid, the surrounding wall of this residence is little by little taking its shape. We are very happy the project is coming along. Stage 3Now that the surrounding wall of the residence is completely done we can take care of the details of the interior renovation. Stage 4And here we have some more details on how the interior of this new residence is coming along. It is almost done, just missing the final details. Stage 5Stage 6It is very exciting to witness how the project comes true little by little in front of our eyes as a group's effort product. Stage 7Little by little the final details of the whole house are coming along. Here we have some facade and entrance final touches. And after a couple of months of hard work we can finally see final result of the project. Here we show some pictures of the main bedroom and living room of this redesigned residence.

What Our Clients Are Saying"I have only worked with 5 Architects but I will say John McKenna and Daniel Currea are the most professional and have the highest level of communication. It is a pleasure not to chase after answers and when the city throws you a curve ball John and Daniel are right there with options to get you through!" - Mark Vega "We are a high-end custom Home Builder and Remodeler in Pinellas County. During a design meeting with a new client, Daniel Currea submitted a unique contemporary concept to the owner which they loved and resulted in Daniel taking the concept through the design phase and to fruition. The home is complex and spectacular. It's a truly world class design and the owner spared no expense in having us execute it precisely as designed and specified. It was a wonderful experience working with Daniel through the process. He was attentive and interested during all of our meetings and showed a care factor for his project which is rare in the industry. I've worked with many architects and Daniel has a penchant for amazing contemporary design and I look forward to working with him on many future projects where we can explore his creativity and talent together in creating more world class projects for our very special clientele." Hope we can do more business in the future!"-Maggie Shotwell_Benchmark Group I recently decided to construct a covered patio and pool bathroom. After talking with various companies, I decided to utilize the services of Daniel Currea. Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to work with me to design and draft the building plans, plus he helped me find a contractor to execute said plans. Throughout the process he was available for any questions or clarifications I needed. I would highly recommend hiring Daniel. Jennifer Logan |
