The original Riverlakes Apartment Project was completed in 1985. Due to its acceptance by the community and high occupancy rate, the Owner commissioned the Architect to provide Full Architectural Services for an additional 135 units. The original design provided by Mr. McKenna for the original project received only minor modifications to reflect tenant requests. The project consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments that are distinguished by their large efficient floor plan and pleasant contemporary exteriors.
