The first building for the Hillsborough Community College built in Tampa’s Historic Latin quarter, Ybor City. This site is directly across from two of Tampa’s most historic structures, the Circulo Cubana and El Pasaje. The building was shaped in the form of an “L” around a courtyard to accent the existing structures. Window spacing, building heights and other relationships help to tie the cluster of buildings into an attractive composition.

"We are a high-end custom Home Builder and Remodeler in Pinellas County. During a design meeting with a new client, Daniel Currea submitted a unique contemporary concept to the owner which they loved and resulted in Daniel taking the concept through the design phase and to fruition. The home is complex and spectacular. It's a truly world class design and the owner spared no expense in having us execute it precisely as designed and specified. It was a wonderful experience working with Daniel through the process. He was attentive and interested during all of our meetings and showed a care factor for his project which is rare in the industry. I've worked with many architects and Daniel has a penchant for amazing contemporary design and I look forward to working with him on many future projects where we can explore his creativity and talent together in creating more world class projects for our very special clientele." I recently decided to construct a covered patio and pool bathroom. After talking with various companies, I decided to utilize the services of Daniel Currea. Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to work with me to design and draft the building plans, plus he helped me find a contractor to execute said plans. Throughout the process he was available for any questions or clarifications I needed. I would highly recommend hiring Daniel. Jennifer Logan
