With 165 units, the twelve story building at the intersection of Bayshore and Gandy, BayshoreHeights, recently renamed GrandCourt, provides congenial services to over 200 residents. Facilities include 30 units of assisted living care, 165 congregate units, 2 dining rooms, a full commercial kitchen, arts and crafts, T.V. Room, library, game rooms, a bank, a beauty parlor, billiard room and exercise facilities.
